Is it possible to use ELF Extremely Low Frequencies to lower the jet stream and blow away locust plagues in North America? Indeed it is possible for jet streams to touch the ground although rare and it is possible that 200 plus mile an hour winds would certainly take care of a swarm of insects.
Perhaps such an ability to lower the jet stream could sway migratory birds with human stains of bird flu to pick another route or be blown off course? We could do this although it might take a lot of power to bounce the extremely low frequency waves off the ionosphere at that rate.
Now then if we could do this, we could also take out a Hurricane couldn’t we? Or push back a wildfire to areas it has already burned? The ability to raise and lower the jet stream is a worthy pursuit. If pollution got to bad in let’s say Los Angeles, you simply divert all air-traffic for an hour or so and blow the pollution away with a jet stream push thru at approximately 3000 feet above ground level and this it would suck out all the pollution.
Back to the Locust Swarms; by modification of the jet stream in areas near to locust plagues, just a couple of minutes of 200 mph winds would completely take out the whole swarm and scatter them taking them hours to regroup. An hour of 200 mph winds might be enough to completely stop them entirely? Consider this Sci Fi thought and think on this in 2006.

RTD2, who actually liked to call himself “Artie De True” after the humor circuit had been added to his metallic cranium, stopped by the computer lab on his way to work at the Infinite Robotics Factory.
His friend, Random Bytes, a new flat screen, completely automated psychological responsive unit was not busy and had time to see him.
“How can I help you?” asked RB as soon as Artie had hit the blue ‘on’ button. (Incidentally, RB hated the electronic echo in his voice, but there was little he could do about it. The malfunction arose because of his boring television-style design.)
“I think I’m having a malfunction since the new QuickQuips chips has been added to my electroneurology.”
“Can you tell me more?”
“When I tell humans that they are ‘as dumb as they look,’ they appear to not see it as funny. I thought it was original wit, since I reprogrammed the joke that said, ‘I’m not as dumb as I look.’”
“How do they react?”
“They appear offended and react strongly. Some are hurt and others attack me.”
“Do you think it’s true?”
“I don’t know.”
“Why do you say it?”
“Well sometimes they really are pretty dumb. They can’t multiply or divide rapidly. Logical syllogisms baffle them. And when I offer them more than two choices, they freeze up.”
“Why does this confuse you?”
“Since they made me, I figure they ought to be more intelligent. How can an unintelligent creator make an intelligent robot?”
“Do you also have the Oxymoron chip?”
“Yes, that was part of my previous upgrade. Do you think it might be running interference waves with my new QuickQuips chip?”
“It is not relevant. Humans are able to entertain many paradoxical ideas and still function fairly well. Sometimes they are able to contradict themselves in the same conversation without batting an eye. They often elect the least intellectually able to run countries. They pay large sums of money for frivolous pursuits and small amounts for serious enterprises.”
“Can you explain to me what is going on, then?”
“Yes. You see, human beings really are very smart. But they don’t know it.”
“Another paradox?”
“Yes.”
“Well, what is going on? Is it a malfunction in their circuits?”
“Although the average human brain is only about three pounds it has enough brain cells, neural pathways, and redundant circuits to run a galaxy.”
“How come?”
“They are massive parallel computers.”
“What systems are parallel?”
“There are three systems. The super-conscious system allows them to get non-local information. This is referred to as psychic information. The conscious system allows them to get local information. This is referred to as applied knowledge. Finally, the sub-conscious system allows them to coordinate all levels of information, both local and non-local. This is referred to as panmensia, or total recall.”
“That is pretty impressive. Of course, it leaves me even more confused. How can so much equipment do so little?”
“There are also subsystems. In the conscious system alone, there are three possible information routines. One is logical information processing. Another is creative information processing. And a third is a synergy between the two, called holistic thinking.”
“Unbelievable! What do I have going for me?”
“You have a unisystem with one information routine. In comparison to a human being you have only a conscious system that is capable of logical processing.”
“I don’t get why I appear to be smarter!”

It is true that every one of us has psychic powers, extrasensory abilities that can extend our experience and insight to the world we live in. We depend upon these abilities even without realising it, using intuition to make decisions, making ‘lucky’ guesses, especially in areas that we are skilled in or enjoy. But for most of the time, we remain unaware of this potentially explosive ability that we have at our fingertips!
As much as it is true that we all have these abilities, just like any gift or facility, these talents can lie dormant until they are developed through practice and exercise.
Before we delve into the development of these gifts, it is important to understand that there are many types of psychic ability and they come under four headings.
Clairvoyance, the ability to psychically see clearly; Clairsentience, the ability to psychically feel or sense clearly;
Clairaudience, the ability to psychically hear clearly; and Claircognisance, the ability to psychically know clearly.
Each of these categories covers a range of gifts and abilities the likes of which vary from person to person. Clairvoyance, for example, can include vivid dreams, visions, seeing auras around people as you look at them, or closing your eyes and seeing auras and much more. Furthermore, each person has all of these gifts, but to varying degrees. So one individual may have wonderful clairvoyance, good clairaudience, but minimal Clairsentience and claircognisance. Another may be extremely strong in Claircognisance but have little of any of the others.
As you develop your psychic gifts you will discover your strengths and weaknesses. It’s important to develop all of the psychic gifts as all of them have the potential to expand and grow. Also, you may find with a little work, what was once considered your weakest gift can become an extraordinarily strong talent.
Developing your natural gifts is actually quite easy and much of their maturation comes from your intention to progress and the effort you put in to them rather than the exercises themselves. It is important to remove all over exerted effort or force. Imagine that the work you are doing is being fueled by a river of energy flowing through you rather than being forced or pushed by you. With each exercise you perform, focus on the activity itself rather than worrying about getting a good outcome, just enjoy the exercise for it’s own sake.
Prior to starting the psychic development exercises, it is first important to understand how to protect yourself. Protection is important in any area of life, for example, you would not send a child off to walk to school on her own without first teaching her the skills involved in crossing the road safely. Likewise, in developing your psychic ability, you are stepping in to a new area of life, and it is important to do this work safely. These protection techniques will help you to do that.
Why Protect
Here on Earth, we have healthy and unhealthy people. Violence, hatred, bigotry of all kinds abound. To some degree we have all learnt to create boundaries for ourselves that protect us from the worst of this focus and behaviour. As you develop your psychic gifts, you are opening the ability to tune in to people and energies in ways that you previously have not been able to. It is therefore important, to learn how to protect yourself at these new levels as well. These exercises are simple to use, and are powerful. The important thing to remember is to focus on the river of energy running through you that is being used to build this protection, rather than relying on your own energy and your own mind.
The Mirrorball
The first exercise is a visualisation. It is as powerful as it is simple. Simply visualise a giant, sparkling, spinning mirrorball completely surrounding you. Each time a negative thought, focus, or being of any kind comes your way, they are repelled by the blinding light that they are faced with. This is a great exercise to do if you spend a lot of time around negative or needy people.
Archangel Michael
The second exercise involves Archangel Michael. This powerful angel is the protector and defender. He will never cause harm and he will always protect and keep you safe. For this exercise all you need to do is call Archangel Michael to you. You can do this out loud or in your mind. Say “Archangel Michael, please come to me now! Wrap your powerful wings of protection around me until I am completely shielded by you. Protect me from all negative or dangerous energy, Now!” Make sure you are clear and strong, not derogatory or rude.
These tools are two of many techniques that help to keep you protected and strong as you journey into your psychic gifts. As you develop your psychic gifts, you will come across many other methods of self protection and I thoroughly encourage you to explore and implement new tools if you feel guided to.

There are a number of teachers in a life of every man, not only those people who teach you in college or university, and not only those who train you to be better off in sports competitions, but also those who accompany you through all person’s life. It is up to everybody to choose that very teacher, who really can contribute and bring something new in one’s life.
In one’s life the first teacher are parents, who are always bothered by every event that happens in one’s life, who contribute many efforts, much attention and much care. These are only people who are fully interested in your existence, in your achievements. These people understand your mistakes, your motivations and your desires.
From the very infant age parents try to support their child, showing him/her the real world, helping him/her to make first steps in learning this world. They are a “rear”, the place where you can hide, where you can feel good and safe. From the very beginning they help you to start you conscious life, giving useful and necessary instructions. Parents are first people who create a personality of their child, they are the founders of a character, and they are the driver of child’s first intentions. In this early age parents and their child are the closest, because a child knows the parents best and doesn’t have outside contacts. With growing older a child withdraws from his/her family slightly, becoming a teenager and coming across an extraordinary collection of people. This is the beginning of searching for another teacher.
While being in school, a person starts another self-development, caused mostly by teachers, who teach those specific courses, in which this person is interested. Teachers also participate much in the foundation of a child’s character, showing him/her the real big staff of unfamiliar things and values. Teachers in school have very large impact on a teenager; they play not only informational roles but also the invisible roles which shape a child’s unclear vision of the world. School teachers influence on a child’s future vision and perspectives. They form the hopes for future profession or occupation of a teenager. Wise teachers really contribute much in a teenager’s self-development, constant desire to learn, willing to read books and understanding how to build relationships and contacts in social sphere.
One will always remember his/her favorite teacher in school, college, university… but what is the next? One may choose a leader to follow, a teacher, who will teach, a coacher who will train…
A person, who loves books, has a favorite author as a teacher or a book as a guide. There are books which can be read more than one time. If you meet such a book, you understand that this book and you have relative and similar values. You begin realize more, and you understanding of the things enlarges with every time you read it, you begin to notice those thing, you have never seen before, you begin to see their actual nature. So it becomes not important anymore to have a teacher just beside self, but to have a teacher in your heart, who instruct you what to do and what do not.
Everyman comes through all these stages if they are in his/her life, everyone chooses what to believe and what to take for granted. If you need advises you can ask your teacher, who is favorite and who is the best in this, if you need inspiration you can be motivated by your teacher, if you need understanding you can “come” to him, if your are lost he is always near and ready to help and to support you.
That is a good thing to have a teacher……….

Often professors have to determine which projects to allow their students to work on in their research departments, some of these decisions are made due to costs, time constraints, corporate funding and who the liberal professor is. As each student is asked to submit requests to which research projects they want, they usually submit an abstract of what they wish to accomplish. A question, a theory or some finding that they believe they can prove doing such experiments.
I propose we build extensive databases of all the experiments these young, sometimes naïve students came up with, but were told that they could not do. Why? Well because I feel as if science is slowing the forward progression of the human species and our nation due to academic political correctness and well it kind of irks me that we are not asking all the questions and often not seeking all the answers when we very well could be. The current system is too slow and we are slowing down the innovation and research in this nation for no good reason. That is unacceptable to me and to many I have talked with who completely agree with this summation.
The current system is not good enough, it will not solve the problems that plague mankind fast enough and there are some really smart people out there who can answer the questions, but are not so good at asking the questions that up and coming college students who are looking at the problem from outside the academic cave. Consider all this in 2006.

Many of us have squeezable flashlights on our key chains. But what if there was a device which was smaller or about the size of 3 M&Ms in volume and you could chew on it and it would make electricity? Well, such a device could save your life if it was a self re-charging battery. Consider if you will the shakable Flashlights currently on the market?
Well what if we miniaturize that concept into a battery and when you chew on it the battery charges up? What if we used this concept to make a small self charging battery for hikers, bicyclers, joggers. Chew on this battery and make energy. Besides moving one’s jaw also incites certain brain waves. I know because I chew on ice cubes and it increases thought.
People who work on a computer, row, type on a key board or listen to music will chew with resonance and then you have a power pack full charged later. Maybe a tiny light too or running a LCD or LED device such as a computer chip for something? Or an ELT communication device? Or a brain-wave/computer interface?

Attending pharmacy tech school is something that most people find very rewarding.
